4. Purchases & Payments
All prices on u-recken.com are listed in USD or EUR as indicated. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store your payment details.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that:
You are authorised to use the payment method provided
All information submitted is accurate and complete
You have read the product description and understand what you are purchasing

5. Digital Products & Delivery
Digital products (music downloads, sample packs, audio content) are delivered electronically upon confirmed payment. Access is granted immediately or within a short processing window.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or third-party platform issues. Contact us within 7 days if you have not received your purchase.
6. Third-Party Platforms
U-Recken music and content are also available through third-party platforms, including Bandcamp, Beatport, Spotify, and others. Purchases or streams through those platforms are governed by their own terms and conditions. We have no control over their policies, pricing, or availability.
7. Events & Live Performances
Ticket purchases for U-Recken events are subject to the specific terms of the ticketing platform used. Where events are managed directly through u-recken.com, our Refund & Returns Policy applies.
U-Recken reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, force majeure, venue issues). In such cases, affected ticket holders will be notified and offered options in line with our refund policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, U-Recken and Yaniv Ben Ari accept no liability for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or its content
Technical issues causing access problems or download failures
Loss of data or interruption of service beyond our reasonable control
