If something isn’t working for you, this policy explains exactly where you stand and what your options are.
Digital Music Downloads
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, all music download purchases are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue – corrupted file, failed download, wrong format delivered – contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it immediately, either by re-delivering the file or issuing a full refund at our discretion.
Sample Packs & Audio Content
Sample packs, stems, loops, and any downloadable audio content follow the same policy as digital downloads – non-refundable once accessed.
If the content is materially different from what was described on the product page (wrong BPM, wrong format, missing files), we will either replace the order or issue a store credit within 7 days of your report.
Physical Products (Merchandise, Vinyl)
Physical items, including vinyl records, merchandise, and any tangible goods, are eligible for a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:
Item arrived damaged or defective
The wrong item was shipped
Item never arrived (tracked shipping confirmation required)
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. We will cover return shipping costs for any error on our end. Items must be unused and in original condition for exchange requests.
To initiate a return on a physical item, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Event Tickets & Live Performances
Tickets purchased for U-Recken events or performances are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser.
In the case of cancellation, a full refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days.
In the event of rescheduling, you will be offered the option to keep your ticket for the new date or receive a full refund.

This policy is designed to be straightforward and fair in both directions. We put real work into every release, sample pack, and product – and we stand behind it. If something genuinely didn’t deliver what was promised, we want to know, and we’ll make it right. At the same time, we trust that if you’ve accessed and used the content, you’ll respect the work that went into creating it.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through u-recken.com. Third-party platforms (Bandcamp, Beatport, etc.) operate under their own refund terms.
